By using Peersun’s website (peersun.com) or purchasing our socks, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Rules

  • To place orders, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate info (name, address, email) and keep your password secure.
  • You’re responsible for all activity on your account. Contact us at service@peersun.com if your account is hacked.

2. Order & Payment

  • When you place an order, it’s a request to buy. We’ll confirm acceptance via email (with an order number) once we check stock and payment.
  • Payment must be made at checkout (we use secure processors—we don’t store full card details). Orders may be canceled if payment fails or items are out of stock.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses you provide at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location (details on product pages or order confirmations).
  • We’re not liable for delays from shipping carriers (e.g., weather, customs) or incorrect addresses you provide.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • You can return/unexchange unused, unwashed socks within 30 days of delivery (tags attached).
  • To start a return, email service@peersun.com with your order number. We’ll cover return shipping if the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong size, defect); you cover it for change of mind.
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the return.

5. Product Info

  • We try to show accurate sock details (size, color, fabric) on our site, but slight differences may happen (e.g., screen color variation).
  • Sizes follow our size chart—check it before ordering; contact us if you need help.

6. Your Responsibility

  • Don’t use our site for illegal activity (e.g., fraud, sharing harmful content).
  • Respect our intellectual property: You can’t copy our sock designs, site content, or logos without permission.

7. Our Liability

  • We’re liable for issues with our socks (e.g., defects) but not for indirect losses (e.g., missed events from late delivery).
  • We don’t guarantee the site is always error-free or available (we may update/maintain it occasionally).
