1. Basic Return Rule
You can return any Peersun socks within 30 days of delivery (check your delivery confirmation email for the start date).
2. What’s Eligible for Return?
To qualify:
  • Socks must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).
  • Include your original order number (find it in your order confirmation email).
3. How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)
  1. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a return address and simple steps to send back your socks.
4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
  • Our fault: If the socks are defective, wrong size (we sent the wrong one), or damaged—we cover return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
  • Once we receive and check your returned socks (takes 1–2 business days), we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) and take 7–10 business days to show up (depends on your bank).
