1. Basic Return Rule
You can return any Peersun products within 30 days of delivery (check your delivery confirmation email for the start date).

2. What's Eligible for Return?
To qualify:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Include your original order number (find it in your order confirmation email)

3. How to Start a Return
Email our team at service@peersun.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return (e.g., wrong size, change of mind)

We'll reply within 24 hours with a return address and simple steps to send back your items.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Our fault: If the products are defective, incorrect, or damaged—we cover return shipping costs

  • Your preference: If returning for size exchange or change of mind—you cover return shipping

5. Refunds
Once we receive and check your returned items (takes 1-2 business days), we'll process your refund.
Refunds go back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) and take 7-10 business days to appear (depends on your bank).
