- Coverage: Available for all U.S. domestic addresses (excludes P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses—contact service@peersun.com for special address shipping).
1.2 VIP Shipping
- Cost: $15.99 per order (priority handling and faster delivery).
- Delivery Speed: 2–3 business days (from the date your order is processed and shipped).
- Coverage: Available for most U.S. domestic addresses (remote areas may take an extra 1 business day; check at checkout for eligibility).
1.3 Free Shipping Benefit
- Eligibility: All orders with a total value of $39.99 or more (before taxes, after discounts/coupons) qualify for free Standard Shipping.
- Automatic Application: The free shipping discount will be applied automatically at checkout once your order meets the $39.99 threshold—no code needed.
- Upgrade Option: If you want faster delivery for a qualifying order, you can pay the difference between VIP Shipping ($15.99) and Standard Shipping ($5.99) to upgrade (i.e., $10 extra).
2. Order Processing Time
Before shipping, all orders go through a verification and processing period:
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays).
- Order Status Updates: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped—use this number to check delivery progress on our site or the shipping carrier’s platform.

3.2 Delivery Exceptions
- Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by factors outside our control, such as:
- Severe weather (snow, storms, hurricanes).
- Holiday peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas—add 1–2 business days to standard timelines).

3.3 Missing or Lost Packages
- If you don’t receive your package within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date:
